The TR8 “Smart” Remote allows the trainer to connect to the TR8 machine bidirectionally, show the number of slots remaining, reset their count, change the platter size, sound option and see the charge level.

It also allows for a 30-50% range increase from the standard 433mhz remote depending on receiver location. On the ground we tested consistently at 35+ meters and off the ground at + 60m.

Most people will be ok running the TR8 from their phone or 433mhz remote. If you want more control and instant fill level this is the one to go for.
