Withdrawal - Barkr Agility Tech

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. Use the form below and you are done — there is nothing to print, download or sign.

What happens after you submit

We record your declaration and the exact date and time we received it.
You get an automatic confirmation email straight away, containing what you submitted and that timestamp. Keep it — it is your proof that you withdrew in time.
If your order has already been delivered, send the goods back within 14 days of this declaration. Return address and details are on the Returns & Right of Withdrawal page.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your declaration. We may wait until the goods reach us, or until you show proof of posting, whichever comes first.

Before you fill it in

You do not need a reason. We will not ask for one, and you do not have to give one.
Only three fields are required — your name, your email and your order number. Everything else helps us process it faster, but you can leave it blank.
Your order has not shipped yet? You can still withdraw. Our products are built to order, so there is a 14–30 day window before dispatch, and you may withdraw at any point during it. If nothing has shipped, there is nothing to return and we refund you in full.
You pay return shipping if the goods have already been delivered. If the product is faulty or not as described, that is a different right and we pay — contact us at barkr.agility@gmail.com instead.

If the form does not work for you

You are never required to use this form. A withdrawal is valid if you make any clear statement of your decision by any means. Email barkr.agility@gmail.com or write to us at Prelungirea Ghencea 82A, Bucharest, Romania. What matters is that you send it before your 14 days are up — not that we have replied.

If you do not receive our confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us so we can confirm manually. Your withdrawal is effective from when you sent it, not from when we acknowledge it.
